LX1031 is an orally-delivered small molecule compound for the potential treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal disorders.

LX1032 is an orally-delivered small molecule compound for the potential treatment of the gastrointestinal symptoms associated with carcinoid syndrome. 

LX6171 is an orally-delivered small molecule compound for the potential treatment of disorders characterized by cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia or vascular dementia.
